With over 17 years of experience working in hospice and medical social work, Nicole is a licensed clinical social worker and certified care manager. As the current Director of Care Management at Aging Wisdom, she provides consultation and guidance to older adults, their families, and those living with chronic illness and dementia.

In this session, you’ll learn:

  • Signs that aging adults might need additional support
  • Strategies to address reluctance in accepting help
  • The benefits of an interdependent approach to living
