Join us at Skyline Seattle for our Elevate Fitness Series, which will focus on a various aspects of staying healthy and fit. You can register for one, two or all three sessions. From workouts in our state-of-the-art fitness center to Tai Chi and mindfulness classes, living at Skyline will help keep you at your best.

Session 1 will focus on Balance Basics led by Skyline Fitness Manager Tim Vagen. With over 40 years of experience in clinical settings, the field, and the classroom, Tim brings a wealth of knowledge to Skyline’s robust fitness program. His background spans training elite athletes to improving the fitness and mobility of older adults. Tim earned his MS in Human Movement and holds certifications as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a Special Populations Specialist (CSPS).
