Join us at Skyline Seattle for our Elevate Fitness Series, which will focus on various aspects of staying healthy and fit. You can register just for this session or also add our final Tai Chi Session.
Session 2 will focus on SAIL led by Skyline Fitness Specialist, Annette Herrick. With over 25 years of experience, she has a BS in Exercise Physiology and MS in Physical Education and Sports Administration. Annette considers it her greatest privilege to inspire groups and individuals to exercise and have fun while doing it.
