It means Skyline exists to serve its residents—not to generate profits for shareholders. As part of the not-for-profit Transforming Age network, every dollar we receive is reinvested into the community—enhancing care, expanding amenities, and supporting long-term stability. Residents benefit from this mission-driven approach through high-quality staffing, upgraded facilities, and services that prioritize well-being over the bottom line.

Skyline offers two contract types:

  • Type A (Life Care): This plan includes your residence and a comprehensive continuum of care—independent living, assisted living, memory support, and skilled nursing—at a predictable monthly rate. It’s designed for cost stability and peace of mind.
  • Type B (Modified Plan): This plan includes your residence and provides limited or discounted care coverage. If you need extended care beyond the included amount, youll pay market rates for those services. It offers more flexibility with lower upfront costs.

Our team will walk you through both options during your visit and help you compare what works best for your lifestyle and financial goals.

Costs vary depending on the size and location of the residence you choose and the contract type.
