Skyline Seattle opened in October 2009 by what was then Presbyterian Retirement Community Northwest. Designed as a high-rise Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), Skyline offers seniors a full continuum of care — from independent living to assisted living, memory support, and skilled nursing — in a vibrant urban setting.
In 2021, Transforming Age, Skyline’s nonprofit parent organization, expanded the community with the 21-story Olympic Tower, designed by Ankrom Moisan. The tower added 77 new residences, wellness amenities, spaces, and a 240-seat Performing Arts Center with panoramic views of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains, plus a planned skybridge connection to Cascade Tower.
Today, Skyline serves approximately 425 residents in Seattle’s First Hill neighborhood and remains the city’s only true continuing care community, offering long-term stability, security, and the freedom to age in place.
Skyline’s on-site Health Center is a full-service clinical hub, providing acclaimed care including assisted living, memory support, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation services.
