The residents of Skyline raise funds to support our nonprofit mission and the unmet needs of older adults in our area. Skyline bolsters these efforts with the Hearts of Gold campaign each May! Thanks to our dedicated volunteers and support from Transforming Age, 100% of contributions go to Skyline’s programs and philanthropic initiatives.
You can direct your gift to any of our four programs—Employee Education, Resident Financial Assistance, Skyline General Fund, or Outreach Fund—using the “my donation is for” box on the form below.
