Join us at Skyline Seattle for our final Elevate Fitness Session, which will focus on the ancient practice of Tai Chi. Called “meditation in motion,” Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise ideal for improving balance, preventing falls, relieving stress, and enhancing overall cardiovascular health.
With over 12 years of experience, your instructor Barb Williams is a certified Tai Chi instructor for Arthritis and Fall Prevention (TCA) and has been leading classes at Skyline for over 12 years.
